Hi everyone!

IMPORTANT INFO:

Friday night I’m leaving out of town for one week.  A little unexpected trip.  I will have email access through my cell phone so I can check to see if any of you have emailed me with any problems or need help, but I *might not* have internet access through a computer if you need any help with your downloads.  I’m bringing a laptop but I’m not sure of the internet connection where I’m staying.

So…if you have any problems, be sure to email me at cesstrelle AT aol DOT COM and put scrappy pony in the subject line so I know it’s not spam and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can (usually within 24 hours).  If you do need help with downloading your products, I’ll try to get online and fix it, but if not I will be able to fix everything as soon as I return home August 17th or the 18th at the latest.

Some tips for downloading your purchased products:

When you download a file, sometimes you could have a slight internet interruption, causing the file to ‘finish’ downloading prematurely.  It will ‘look’ like it’s finished in your computer files, but it’s actually incomplete when you try to unzip it.  If you find this happens, delete the incomplete zip file, log back into the store and re-download the file.  This should fix the problem.  Should you run out of downloads on that one file, email me and as soon as I can get online and reset the downloads for you, I will.  Again, me re-setting the downloads will depend on if I have computer access as I can only check and respond to email from my phone.  I’m able to get online with my phone, but am not able to fix things in the store from my phone.
